Return & Exchange

Return Policy:

All purchases are considered final and, therefore, non-refundable. If a customer receives an incorrect product, they may request an exchange. Any exchange requests must be made within one week of receiving the product. Claims made after this timeframe will not be accommodated.

To be eligible for an exchange, the customer must first send the (defective/unwanted) product back to our facility. This should be done only after receiving confirmation from our customer support team.

Refund Policy:

All sales are considered final, and monetary returns will not be provided. However, customers have the option to exchange the product for an item of equal or higher value if the order does not match the original product or is defective. Our policy does not allow for exchanges solely based on customer preferences or personal dissatisfaction with the product. This is because all orders are custom-made to fulfill our customers' specific fitting requirements.
